for the 2025-26 school year

All of our services are ESA approved. We are a direct pay vendor through the Arizona ESA Class Wallet platform.

Private Tutoring

Private tutoring sessions at Paisano Tutoring are purchased
as a package of time to be used in multiple sessions.
Sessions must be scheduled for a minimum of 60 minutes each.
Current rate for new packages: Ten hours = $400.
Unused purchased tutoring time does not expire, but is not transferable.

Paisano Tutoring is not currently selling any new private tutoring time/sessions.
We are only scheduling private tutoring with families who have already purchased tutoring time/sessions
that they have not yet used.

Early Elementary Class
Mon-Fri: 10:00-11:15 AM
Math & ELA

$3450 flat rate for the 2025-26 school year.
All books and materials are included in this price.
This includes 170 sessions from August 25, 2025 - May 29, 2025.
(Early Elementary begins one week later than Upper Elementary and Junior High courses.)
We guarantee a student/teacher ratio of 3:1 or less for early elementary classes.

The yearly rate of $3,450 must be paid in three installments of $1,150 each on the following dates:
Payment 1: July 25 (Q1) / Payment 2: October 25 (Q2) / Payment 3: January 25 (Q3).
All payments are made through the ESA “Direct Pay Vendor” option on the Class Wallet platform.
There are no payments due at the time of the Quarter 4 ESA disbursement in April.

Early Elementary Class
BOYS only
Mon-Fri: 8:00-10:00 AM
Math, ELA, History, Science, Greek, and more…

$4800 flat rate for the 2025-26 school year.
All books and materials for are included in this price.

Upper Elementary &
Junior High Courses

ALL COURSE PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
All required books and materials for the course,
“Open Office” on Saturdays for no additional charge,
Access to the Paisano Tutoring Library/Book Collection.

The yearly rate for the courses must be paid in three equal installments on the following dates:
Payment 1: July 25 (Q1) / Payment 2: October 25 (Q2) / Payment 3: January 25 (Q3).
All payments are made through the ESA “Direct Pay Vendor” option on the Class Wallet platform.
There are no payments due at the time of the Quarter 4 ESA disbursement in April.

Upper Elementary and Junior High courses begin one week before Early Elementary.
The following courses run from August 18, 2025 - May 30, 2025.

  • Writing Classes: 2 (1-hour) sessions per week; 71 hours in the 2025-26 school year; $600 per semester/ $1200 per school year.

    • Writing with Skill, (GIRLS): Tues+Thurs: 11:15 AM - 12:30 PM

    • The Lost Tools of Writing, (BOYS): Tues+Thurs: 12:30 - 1:30 PM

    • Writing with Skill, (BOYS): Tues+Thurs: 2:30 - 3:30 PM

    • The Lost Tools of Writing, (GIRLS): Tues+Thurs: 3:30 - 4:30 PM

  • Grammar Classes: 1 (1-hour) session per week; 35 hours in the 2025-26 school year; $350 per semester / $700 per school year.

    • Grammar for the Well-Trained Mind, (GIRLS, 1st year students): Wed: 12:30 - 1:30 PM

    • Grammar for the Well-Trained Mind, (BOYS, Group A: 2nd year students): Tues: 1:30 - 2:30 PM

    • Grammar for the Well-Trained Mind, (BOYS, Group B: 1st year students): Thurs: 1:30 - 2:30 PM

    • Grammar for the Well-Trained Mind, (GIRLS, 2nd year students): Fri: 3:30 - 4:30 PM

  • Writing + Grammar Discount Package: 3 hours per week total; 106 hours in the 2025-26 school year; $800 per semester / $1600 per school year (a savings of $300 per year).

    • (GIRLS, 4th-6th) Writing with Skill (Tu/Th) + 1st yr Grammar (following their math class on Wed.)

    • (BOYS) Lost Tools of Writing + 2nd yr (Group A) Grammar: Tues 12:30-2:30 (2 hrs) + Thurs 12:30-1:30 (1 hr)

    • (BOYS) Lost Tools of Writing + 1st yr (Group B) Grammar: Tues 12:30-1:30 (1 hr) + Thurs 12:30-2:30 (2 hrs)

    • (BOYS) Writing with Skill + 2nd yr (Group A) Grammar: Tues 1:30-3:30 (2 hrs) + Thurs 2:30-3:30 (1 hr)

    • (BOYS) Writing with Skill + 1st yr (Group B) Grammar: Tues 2:30-3:30 (1 hr) + Thurs 1:30-3:30 (2 hrs)

    • (GIRLS) Lost Tools of Writing (Tu/Th) + 2nd yr Grammar (following their Earth Science class on Fri.)

  • Math Classes: 2 (1-hour) sessions per week; 70 hours in the 2025-26 school year; $600 per semester/ $1200 per school year.

    • (GIRLS) Singapore Math 4B / 5A / 5B : Mon+Wed: 11:15 AM - 12:30 PM

    • (BOYS) Singapore Math 4B / 5A / 5B : Mon+Wed: 2:30 - 3:30 PM

    • (BOYS) Singapore Math 6A / 6B + Pre-Algebra (7): Mon+Wed: Mon+Wed: 1:30 - 2:30 PM

    • (GIRLS) Singapore Math 6A / 6B + Pre-Algebra (7): Mon+Wed: Mon+Wed: 3:30 - 4:30 PM

  • Science Classes: 1 (1-hour) session per week; 35 sessions in the 2025-26 school year; $400 per semester / $800 per school year. Includes lab fees.

    • Biology for the Logic Stage, (GIRLS Only): Fri: 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
